We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Squarespace, which hosts our website
• Formspree, which receives our website form submissions and delivers them to us by email
• Housecall Pro, which provides our online booking, scheduling, and invoicing (its own privacy policy applies when you book through it)
• Google, which provides the fonts on our site (your browser connects to Google to load them) and our business email
• Payment processors, if you pay us electronically

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site. Because we do not sell or share personal information, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how we handle your information.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet legal, licensing, and tax requirements. We delete or anonymize form inquiries that do not become jobs when we no longer need them.

Security

Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we limit access to customer information to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through our website forms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by calling or emailing us using the contact details below. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
