What we fix

Drains, sewer lines and emergencies

From a slow sink to a sewage backup, we find the cause and fix it, not just the symptom.

Drain cleaning

Kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, tubs, showers and toilets cleared and flowing again.

Hydrojetting

High-pressure water scours grease, scale and roots out of the line for longer-lasting results than snaking.

Main line backups

When multiple drains back up at once, we clear the main line and find out why.

Sewer line repair & replacement

Root intrusion, cracked clay pipe and bellied lines repaired, or the whole lateral replaced when it's failed.

Emergency plumbing

Burst pipes, major leaks and sewage backups. Call (714) 782-2514 and we'll dispatch.

We explain what we found and give you the price before any work starts.

While you wait

What to do in a plumbing emergency

A few quick steps can limit the damage until we arrive.

  1. Shut off the water

Close the fixture's shut-off valve, or the main valve for the whole house.

  2. Turn off the water heater

If the leak is near the water heater, turn off its gas or power.

  3. Stop using drains

During a backup, avoid flushing or running water until the line is cleared.

  4. Protect your things

Move valuables away from the water and take photos for insurance.

  5. Call us

    (714) 782-2514. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company first.

  6. Skip the chemical cleaners

Harsh drain chemicals can damage pipes and won't clear a main line backup.

Know the signs

Is it a clog or the main line?

One slow drain

Usually a local clog in that fixture. Often a quick clear.

Several drains at once

Toilets gurgling or floor drains backing up usually point to the main sewer line.

Clogs that keep coming back

Often roots, grease buildup or a damaged line. Hydrojetting or a sewer repair fixes the cause.

FAQ

Common questions about drains & sewer lines

How do I know if it's my main sewer line?

If more than one drain is backing up, especially toilets, tubs and floor drains, the main line is the likely cause.

What is hydrojetting?

Hydrojetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of the pipe, removing grease, scale and roots that a cable snake leaves behind.

Why do my drains keep clogging?

Repeat clogs usually mean buildup deeper in the line, roots, or a damaged section of pipe. We find the cause so it doesn't keep happening.

Do you handle plumbing emergencies?

Yes. Call (714) 782-2514 for burst pipes, major leaks or sewage backups and we'll dispatch a plumber.

Can you replace my sewer line?

Yes. When a line is cracked, collapsed or full of roots, we repair the damaged section or replace the sewer lateral.
